Please note that Moonrise Health is no longer accepting new midwifery clients as of June 2023. Dr. Brandy will be retiring from midwifery. She is still taking new patients for pediatrics and gender affirming care for youth.

If your insurance company is not listed, you may contact the clinic for more information. In many cases, insurance can be billed at Out-of-Network rates if you have Out-of-Network coverage. 

Dr. Brandy accepts cash and credit/debit cards including HSA cards. 


Please verify, by phone, with your insurance plan if YOUR plan covers Naturopathic Medicine. Moonrise Health and Birth does not routinely verify insurance benefits.

Virginia Morris, ND operates as Balm Natural Medicine and is independent from Moonrise Health.

Dr. Morris is taking a medical sabbatical. If you need to have your records transferred to another provider, send a message through the portal, leave a message, or fill out a records release at your new provider's office.

Jozette Bell operates as Starfire Psychiatry and is independent from Moonrise Health.

Jozette is in-network with Regence, Premera, Lifewise, and First Choice insurances and an out-of-network provider for all other insurances. Fees are due at the time of service. Insurance carriers may reimburse the patient directly with a percentage of patient's out of pocket costs- depending on their policy.


It is recommended that patients contact their insurance provider and ask about out-of-network coverage for psychiatric services.
