Who We Are

Dr. Brandy Ross-Bell, ND, LM
Naturopathic Physician + Midwife
I am a graduate of Bastyr University, Seattle, Washington who specializes in pediatrics and reproductive health. It was there that I earned my doctorate of naturopathic medicine and naturopathic midwifery trainning.
After practicing naturopathic medicine and midwifery in Minnesota for two years, I decided to return to the Seattle area. I opened Moonrise Health and Birth in September of 2006 while five months pregnant with my first born. Raising a child and starting a new practice was challenging, but I seemed to find balance between the two! I also served as adjunct faculty at Bastyr University teaching classes such as Clinical Laboratory Diagnosis, Normal Maternity, and Prenatal Complications.
I love what I do. I feel very passionate about naturopathic medicine and midwifery. I feel very strongly that people should have choices in their health care and that they should be given the correct information to make those choices.
In my practice I draw on my education, personal experience, and experience gained from others to provide you with the most up-to-date and accurate information. If I don't know the answers, I will do my absolute best find them.
My pronouns are she/her.

Amy Frazier, LM, CPM, MSM
Midwife
Hi, Friends.
I come to Moonrise Health & Birth as a licensed midwife and toddler parent who has called Bothell, Washington home for over 25 years. I graduated from Bastyr University with a Master’s of Science in Midwifery and have been running a private homebirth practice serving clients in Snohomish and King counties. While my practice specialized in homebirth, I have extensive training and experience in both home and free-standing birth centers.
To me, midwifery care is compassionate, clinically excellent, and rooted in love. It is the type of care that attends to the wellbeing of the whole family. My hope is to empower people through midwifery care, education, and advocacy. It is by strengthening our communities when we can begin to improve pregnancy and birth outcomes. This is the type of care I proudly offer my community.
With Love,
Amy (she/her)

Dr. Virgina Morris, ND
Naturopathic Physician
I’ve been practicing Naturopathic medicine with a focus on primary care for the last decade. I love that primary care allows me to experience a wide variety of health conditions and patient concerns on a daily basis. This means I am consistently researching new conditions, therapeutics, and referrals. Working with my patients to find a plan for their health that takes into consideration their lived experience and my knowledge is one of my favorite things. My aim is to provide a space for patients to be heard and explore their health in non-judgmental environment.
When I’m not working I like to get outdoors and wander around, paint, and consume media in many geeky forms.
