AUTISM/ADHD DIAGNOSIS and SERVICES
Autism and ADHD Assessments & Diagnosis, Ages 2–18
We offer comprehensive, neuroaffirming autism and ADHD evaluations for individuals ages 2 through 18—completely virtual and accessible to families across Washington state.
No referral needed. We welcome self-referred patients, making the process easier by removing the need for a referral from a pediatrician or other provider.
What You’ll Need:
To participate, families must have reliable internet and access to a computer or tablet (smartphones are acceptable for follow-up visits). Initial visits should take place in a private, comfortable space where children can move freely and caregivers can speak openly.
What to Expect:
Autism evaluations are typically completed over a minimum of two 90-minute sessions, followed by a dedicated feedback visit to review results and personalized recommendations. Each evaluation includes:
-
A full medical and developmental history
-
A caregiver interview
-
Direct observation
-
Review of relevant records (IEPs, 504s, report cards, outside evaluations, etc.)
-
Teacher/caregiver forms to support a well-rounded view
Additional sessions may be scheduled if more time is needed to gather all necessary information.
ADHD evaluations can be done in conjunction with an autism evaluation or as a separate service.

Autism and ADHD Support Services
Neurodiversity Support Services
Every autistic or ADHD child deserves to be understood, supported, and celebrated for who they are. My services are designed to help families build insight, confidence, and practical strategies—without the pressure to “fix” or change who your child is.
I use a neuroaffirming, whole-person approach that blends parent coaching, functional medicine, and sensory-informed care. Together, we look at the full picture of your child’s strengths, needs, and health so you can feel more supported at home and in daily life.
Parent Coaching
Parenting a neurodivergent child can feel overwhelming at times, especially when challenges like meltdowns, transitions, attention struggles, or sensory overload arise. Parent coaching sessions give you:
-
Clear strategies to support your child’s communication, regulation, focus, and independence.
-
A safe space to ask questions and explore challenges without judgment.
-
Practical tools to reduce stress at home and increase connection as a family.
Nutritional & Functional Medicine Assessment
Health and well-being play an important role in how children feel and function. Through a functional medicine lens, we can explore factors such as:
-
Nutrition, digestion, and food sensitivities.
-
Sleep patterns, energy regulation, and focus.
-
Underlying imbalances that may impact mood, attention, or resilience.
The goal is not to “cure” autism or ADHD but to support your child’s body and mind so they can thrive in daily life.
Sensory & Regulation Support
Both autistic and ADHD children experience the world in unique ways. Understanding your child’s sensory and regulation profile can help reduce overwhelm and create more peace at home. I help families:
-
Identify sensory sensitivities, preferences, and regulation challenges.
-
Adjust environments and routines to better support comfort and focus.
-
Find everyday strategies that make schoolwork, transitions, and family life smoother.
-
Safe and Sound Protocol
Collaborative Care
Support works best when everyone is on the same page. I collaborate with families, educators, therapists, and healthcare providers when appropriate, ensuring your child’s needs are understood and respected across settings.
My Approach
I don’t believe in “fixing” or forcing children to fit into a mold. Instead, I help families uncover what their child needs to feel safe, connected, and supported. My work is guided by compassion, respect, and the belief that neurodivergence is an important part of who your child is—not something to erase.
